Aha! Evolution!

Weebl--
Congratulations on another successful series. I can only imagine what it would take to inspire such a collection, however, this series is world's different than your traditional work. The animation is simply superb-- motions are fluid and timed perfectly.
The color scheme is pleasing and easy on the eyes while there's enough contrast to make the feature characters standout clearly from the rest of the scene.
The voice acting is very well scripted and performed-- the timing on delivery and audio splicing is of the best quality.
In all I have some very high expectations for this latest piece and interested in not only what direction it takes, but how your art will continue to mature.
And that is the crux of my review-- many author's find a style that suits them and stick to it indefinitely. The rare minority of animators these days truly understand the true depths of their talent or the means by which to express it. This is a testement to your love of your work-- growing into it as you continue to define it. The greater pleasure as a fan is seeing you come into your own and how your artwork will only continue to get better. Cheers.

Awesome...simply awesome.

To Dylan and the rest of TriRift:
Hope ya'll don't think your Yank buddy Ed has forgotten about ya'll. Been neck deep in working on the next S.A.M.V. episode but ya'll are always on my mind.
Dylan: congrats brother-- We'll sync up again sometime and chat over MSN.
Now for a traditional review:
As always, the lines and animation are so crisp and clean, a nice change to the typical rough edged etchings of most NG animators.
the action scripting too is superb in this regard, a fine follow up piece to PSM: Blam Police.
Sound-- you guys get the best recording quality, no doubt thanks to the Music Man's own genius with audio and a mic.
The story, though it hasn't changed since I saw the first Beta's, is still supremely humorous as it keeps the audience in line, active, and involved. I swear one day I must hear James say, "hungry hungry hippos." Still a most worthy catch line.

Cheers to our friends over in Britain from your redneck jewish buddy.

Violance with Style

An excellent collab remarking on the disingenuis repetitive crap foisted upon New Grounds viewers on a daily basis-- a shame that we didn't see any "(insert name) is on fire" or "Foamy Rant" jabs. I good effort on all-- the artwork was clean and clear, crisp defined lines, and excellent action scripting. But in and of itself, is it not just another one of those "random acts of voilence" films? An Ironic turn to the flick without being hypocritical. Good job.

MACception responds:

That's probably the most thought-out, and well developed review i've ever seen... Thanks man. Though...wouldn't you hate to se ANOTHER Foamy bashing? That poor guy is taking a BEATING!

hypocrite.

It's 12:17, I've got work in four hours, and patiently waiting for word of friends and family in New Orleans. What I'm doing here is trying to keep my mind distracted from the urgency of this situation because I'm stuck here.
"I'm tired of reports hiding behind their big shiny desks."
The general viewers and people who do have something to care about in the greater bay area are tired of you hiding behind your desk and acting like you give a shit.
Why don't you try to capitalize on 9/11?
How come we're not discussing the fact that our ability to REACH these regions has been severely detered by the loss of whole sections of the ponchatrain bridge-- Interstate ten-- the bottle neck for all East/West bound traffic through the greater part of the Slidell and Orleans parishes has been severed from the east coast. this means traveling in from the northern part of the state and going from I-20 down through I-49. This takes time, effort, and determination.
What about the families in Florida? Where were you when folks last year struggled through their blight of tropical storms and hurricanes. Those people suffered as well.
To present an image of your despondancy as you traverse the country to lend aide to the troubled relief efforts down in Louisiana is merely shameful.
You're damn right people are going to complain about gas prices. A hefty portion of our domestic oil is produced through Louisiana. 90% of your off shore Oil rig personel are Louisiana based. A number of those rigs were damaged-- this WILL cause gas prices to jack up. Yet none of this will be noticed-- the real problem smothered by your self righteousness.

just...

Well, while there could have been some effort in making this, it fails to find any marks at all. It just simply doesn't capture anything to the clock/lock genre, and frankly, is a desperate plea for any kind of recognition. Hint: most of the pistols used were Springfield XD's, not glocks in the first place.

I go away a few days and miss out on the fun!

Dylan and the rest of you boys need a rest! Awesome seeing this finally uploaded to the portal, more over, on front page! Kudos my friends, thanks for letting this wiseass Yank Jew throw in his two cents on what will surely be on of the best seres ever on NewGrounds. Cheers Mate!

Ps. ya still got my name spelleded wronged. ^.^

Truly Epic

Of all the films currently on NewGrounds, I know I speak for more than a fair minority in this community when I say that this film is truly monumental. The art and animation is so painstakingly laid out and simply awe inspiring. The voices, though a little bit low in volume, were more than incredible considering that they came from a single person and so crisp in their own distinct personality.

I have always been a solid fan of your work, and when Dylan with TriRift told me you were working on something new I was more than excited. However this piece is far more mature in art, story, and animation than anything you've previously produced. It is a dead ringer for what can be done with flash, a monument to the medium and the basis for this community.

I tip my hat to you sir. When Jason and I made front page with SAMV: Lord of the Fries we were thrilled. I would gladly abdicate our spot had it not been trounced for "tom cruise gets wet" in exchange for this film. This deserves more than a simple daily award--

Insubstantial

Wow, that Diamond direct contract with Hot Topic must make it so easier knowing that fifteen minutes of work gets you so much. I will say that seeing the decline of your work only inspires me and others to work that much harder.

Most excellent

My love and thanks to Jason for allowing me the opportunity to work with him and actually add a film to my credit. Keep tuned for parts two and three-- Episode six in notes-- SAMV Studios Rocking your mother from now until tomorrow.

BaconMask responds:

Thank you my most excellent partner in crime. It has worked out tremendously well!!! Here's to the future!!!

good job

Thanks for taking me back- this is exactly like the old tie fighter game I used to play as a kid back in '85. Looping, I'd like to have the opportunity to launch a torpedo for the reactor core- shouldn't be too had to program, no power ups really necessary, targeting reticle is a bit slow (i'm running 3.2ghz) and by the time I'm targeting the next tie-fighter, I've already shot three times atthe last time and missed all three times.

Episode SAMV Five: Lord of the Fries now available for your meticulous inspection.
